Order Cancellation Policy – Gadgets Store PK

At Gadgets Store PK, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we allow customers to cancel their orders under certain conditions. Please review our cancellation policy below:

When Can You Cancel an Order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment/disptach without any charges.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In that case, you may use our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the product.

How to Cancel an Order?

To cancel your order, please:

1. Contact our support team immediately at support@gadgetsstorepk.com or call us at +92-0314-9672353.
2. Provide your Order Number and cancellation request.
3. Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

Refund on Cancelled Orders

1. Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card).
2. Cash on Delivery Orders: Since no payment is made in advance, no refund process is required.
3. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

1. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. You will need to accept the delivery and then request a return as per our Return Policy.
2. Frequent cancellations without valid reasons may result in restriction of future orders.
3. Special promotional or clearance items may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
